A Family Affair at the Rose and Crown Mini-Market
Banff's beauty, captured in clay. Unveiling my daughters and I’s newest creations at the upcoming mini-market. See you there!
Today I received my Diploma in Cultural Resource Management
Enter the intriguing realm of cultural preservation, where art, history, and community weave a vivid mosaic. Imagine a young artist, armed with a brush and a desire to be creative, who is drawn to the allure of museums. That artist was me, fresh from the Alberta College of Art and Design, entering the enchanted realm of the Whyte Museum. Little did I know that my first interest would spark a strong desire to pursue a career in CRM leadership, eventually leading to the outstanding Cultural Resource Management (CRM) diploma from the prestigious University of Victoria.
Reclaiming my clay
I reclaim a lot of my clay, I would dare day that I loose less than 2% of my initial clay, maybe to the bit that landed on the floor or my coveralls. I am very careful to recycle the water I use and don’t put water with clay in it down the drain. I love the process.
Mountain Mugs!!!
Mugs inspired by the beautiful mountains around me. I am blessed to live in Banff National Park and am inspired by the many ways our mountains look.
